Shenyang Daxin Landfill Leachate Emergent Treatment Project is a classical case of leachate emergent treatment project. The total leachate storage of Shenyang Daxin project amounts to one million tons. The contract was signed in early April 2018, and the system treatment output was required to reach 800m³/d before April 30th, and 2,100m³/d after June 30th. Jiarong Technology successfully completed the first phase requirements of the contract and successfully met the standard water production on schedule.
The designed treatment process of Shenyang Daxin project is consist of pretreatment, two-stage DTRO, HPRO, MTRO, ion exchange, and evaporation. Final effluent water quality is stable and meets the government standard.
Jiarong Technology completed the first phase of contracted water production of 940,000 tons ahead of schedule on September 27th 2019, which was praised and affirmed by the owners and government authorities at all levels.
Massive scale: Large leachate emergent treatment project with the storage exceeding 0.94 million m³
High challenge: High conductivity and ammonia nitrogen concentration, and exceptionally stringent discharge standards.
Intense project progress: Complete the task within one month.
High efficiency: Quality of the produced water from 18 sets of Jiarong employed container equipment was fully meet the government discharge standard.
New Biz model: Jiarong invests in the operation of the project and charges a treatment fee per ton of wastewater treated
