Mr. Mark Mylvaganam, Consul and Trade Commissioner of the Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou, along with his delegation, visited Jiarong Technology for an exchange and tour on March 5, 2025. The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Dong Zhengjun, Chairman of Jiarong Technology, and Ms. Wang Siting, Board Secretary. Other members of the delegation included Ms. Li Jingnan and Ms. Li Jing, Trade Commissioners of the Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou; Ms. Lily Yi, Senior Business Manager of the Government of British Columbia, Canada; and Ms. He Shufen, Senior Business Officer of the Alberta Government’s Guangzhou Office.
The delegation first toured the Jiarong Technology exhibition hall, where Chairman Dong Zhengjun provided a detailed introduction to the company’s core membrane technology, diversified membrane products, and their wide range of applications.
During the subsequent discussion, both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges. They agreed that, against the backdrop of increasing global emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development, Jiarong Technology and Canadian enterprises possess strong complementarity in technology, markets, and other areas. The Canadian Consulate delegation expressed hope to maintain close communication and further explore collaboration opportunities, aiming to deepen cooperation in technology research, project implementation, and other fields to identify more synergies for mutual benefit.
