Textile wastewater

Textile wastewater

The textile wastewater is hard to be treated due to high salinity and high chroma. In China, most textile companies treat and reuse the textile wastewater by the conventional dual-membrane method.

Challenges

Conventional dual-membrane methods have the disadvantage of producing concentrated water. The concentrate takes up 30-40% of the influent, which is hard to be purified and discharged due to the high concentration and high chroma.

Solution

One efficient solution was came up with to treat the concentrated textile wastewater by Jiarong and other partners. The core of this method is advanced oxidation (AOP), high efficiency nanofiltration (MTNF) and high pressure reverse osmosis (MTRO).

Benefits

Applicable for emergency wastewater treatment and water supply

Fully automatic control, remote operation management and maintenance

Cost-effective and user-friendly
